1. Agreement
By accessing this website or purchasing any service from Catnap Branding Agency ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Catnap Branding Agency provides brand strategy consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Customer Analysis
- Brand Positioning
- Campaign Strategy
- Brand Strategy
- Private Consulting
The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Payment
Payment is required as specified at the time of purchase. We accept payments via PayPal. All prices are listed in the currency shown at time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Work does not commence until payment has been confirmed. For multi-phase projects, payment schedules will be agreed in advance.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Private Consulting Sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Strategy & Analysis Projects:
- A full refund is available if cancelled before any work has begun.
- Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Completed deliverables are non-refundable once accepted by the client.

5. Intellectual Property
All strategy documents, frameworks, and deliverables produced by Catnap Branding Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their own business purposes.
All text, brand methodologies, and written materials on this website are owned by Catnap Branding Agency and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Respond to requests for input or feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required information may result in revised timelines at no fault of Catnap Branding.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide strategic advice and frameworks. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or market results. Business success depends on many factors outside our control, including execution, market conditions, and third-party actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catnap Branding Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
